The final tests are in and we’ve landed the hot one – Roasted Red X – a perfect balance of flavour and heat. This is the limit on retaining flavour. The X stands for ‘Extra’ with nearly three times as much habañero as Roasted Red Hot. This sauce entertains taste buds and lingers with heat.
